What Should Runners Call Me

With the holidays coming up soon a lot of you have been asking me about what gifts to give that runner in your life (or to put on your own wish list.) So here are some of my suggestions!

1. Nike Tempo Shorts

No runners closet is complete with out a pair of these. They come in pretty much every color imaginable and you can normally find them any where that sells nike. Buy at Amazon or Dick’s Sporting Goods

2. The Roller Stick

Also known as the “toothbrush for your muscles” this is definitely a runner’s best friend. It rolls out your muscles almost just as well as a foam roller but is way more portable.  Buy at Amazon

3. Medal and bibnumber holders

I just got one of these and its so cute and really handy! Buy at Amazon

4. Socks

As  a runner you can really never have enough socks. They’re always getting lost and irreparably dirty! Buy at Zappos.
